Aled Glynne holds the key.
 
Aled is one of the most experienced individuals in the world of broadcasting in Wales.
 
He was Editor of  the national Welsh language radio station Radio Cymru between 1995 and 2006.  He led the station through the most dramatic changes in its history.

He worked for the BBC for almost 29 years.
He was in a managerial role in Newyddion (the BBC News Service for S4C) and Radio Cymru News. Aled also launched the Welsh language website, BBC Cymru’r Byd.
 
During his years at the BBC Aled became very experienced in leading and managing staff and budgets.
 
Aled has always been passionate about the broadcasting world. At the tender age of 19 he was a DJ on the independent radio station, Swansea Sound. He was also a journalist and producer / presenter / reporter on a variety of strands.
